How do I place an order with you?

After you have submitted your enquiry list we will email or phone you back shortly, whichever you prefer to confirm stock availability and the price to hire the items that you have selected.

I am not sure which category of props the item I am looking for would be in, what should I do?

You will find there is a prop database search facility at the bottom right of every page, where you can enter the details about the item you are looking for to help you with your search.

How do I build an enquiry list of items that I am interested in?

Click on the props link from the navigation menu, select the category of props that you are interested in and then either click the prop name for an enlarged picture or click enquire about this item to add it straight to your enquiry list. Once you have finished building your enquiry list, click on the "make enquir" button.

Do you deliver?

We are able to recommend a number of experienced hauliers should you not wish to use your own transport.

Is it possible to hire items from you if we are based outside the United Kingdom?

Yes we hire items to many parts of the world, however additional security deposits may be required.

Is it possible to visit your showrooms and arrange a collection using our own transport?

Yes by prior appointment only.

How do I register an account?

You will be given the opportunity to register an account after selecting the props that you are interested in hiring, during the "make enquiry" process.This will save you having to enter in all your details again, should you wish to hire any more props in the future.

I can't login into my account.

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the password recovery page and enter the email address that you used to register your account. You will then be emailed a new password.

If you cannot remember the email address that you used to register, please use the contact form, and one of our staff will be happy to help you.

Why do I get the message - login blocked. too many failed attempts?

As a security measure to prevent brute force (identity guessing) attacks, if you have made five or more failed login attempts within the last thirty minutes, you will be blocked until that thirty minutes has passed.

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the password recovery page and enter the email address that you used to register your account. You will then be emailed a new password, which you can login with once the thirty minutes has passed.

If you cannot remember the email address that you used to register, please use the contact form, and one of our staff will be happy to help you.

What time do you open ?

Monday - Friday : 9am - 5.30pm (Closed for lunch 1.30pm - 2.30pm)
Sat - Sun : Closed

Whereabouts are you located should we wish to visit you?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, and American Express. We also accept cheques payable to "Keeley Hire Ltd" accompanied by a bank guarantee card and of course cash.

Is it possible to open a credit account with you and if so how?

Yes subject to status and satisfactory references it is possible to open a credit account however payment upon collection will still be required for your first order.

What happens if I lose or damage an item that I have hired from you?

You will be given a replacement value for all items that you have hired should they be lost or damaged. It is recommended to arrange suitable insurance cover for all items that are hired.

What happens if I return an item(s) after the agreed hire period?

All items returned after the agreed hire period will be charged on a daily basis until the item(s) are returned.
